PROCESSING TIME
Our current processing times are 3-5 business days. For custom items, the processing times are 3-10 business days. Updates to processing times will be on the announcement bar.

SHIPPING
To minimise shipping costs for you, all standard shipping orders are shipped by stamp mail and orders are sent without tracking. Please note that we DO NOT offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages when untracked shipping is selected. We highly recommend choosing tracked shipping options for the safe delivery of your order.

All orders are shipped with AUSPOST and can be tracked here if tracking provided.

PLEASE NOTE:
- International customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and fees charged at the destination country.
- Tracking updates may be delayed a few days until the package is scanned by post office after drop off.
- All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
- Stickers are shipped in a reusable/recyclable cello bag and a rigid mailer for protection.
